I am extremely disappointed with Temu's misleading coupon policy. They advertise high-value coupons, but the reality is far from it. Coupons are split into small, almost useless amounts and are only usable within a short time frame, often requiring additional purchases to qualify. For example, I received a ₺1700 coupon but was forced to use it in fragments within a single day, which is unreasonable.
The same issue occurs with their spin-wheel rewards. To redeem a ₺2000 coupon, I had to spend over ₺1000 (including taxes) upfront, only to be offered tiny discounts like ₺70 coupons. This approach feels deceptive and disrespectful to loyal customers. Temu, please revise this policy—it’s unfair and creates unnecessary frustration.
