Temu Loyalty Coupon Could Not Be Used Due to App Errors

On the Temu app, I received a notification stating that, as a “loyal customer,” a ₺3000 coupon had been credited to my account. To use this coupon, I added about ₺1400 worth of products (a cordless screwdriver, a wrist massager, and another item) to my cart.

However, every time I tried to check out, the app displayed an error message: “Too many items, please remove some.” When I removed items, a new error appeared: “Please add new items.” This loop repeated three times, each time with a different excuse, preventing me from using the coupon.

There was also no customer service section in the mobile app where I could reach out for help. This was the first time I experienced such an issue. The coupon was presented as a “surprise offer” and had no visible time restrictions, yet it became impossible to use.

Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in Temu and decided to uninstall the app. I no longer wish to shop with a platform that misleads and frustrates customers in this way.
