Tempobet Ignored My Deposit and Cost Me a Winning Bet
On September 22, 2025, at 7:44 PM, I transferred about $10 from my Ziraat Bank account to the IBAN number TR90**********************57 to deposit funds into my Tempobet account (username: Caner0636) for betting purposes. Normally, my transactions are processed instantly, but this time more than two hours passed, and the money still wasn’t credited to my account.
Because of this issue, I couldn’t place my “Galatasaray First Half Over 1.5 Goals” bet, which caused me financial loss and frustration. I sent the payment receipt to customer service, but I haven’t received any response. Although this delay happens occasionally, my previous deposits were usually completed right away.
I request that my funds be credited to my account immediately and that my loss and inconvenience be properly addressed.
