Normally, my transactions are processed instantly, but this time more than two hours passed, and the money still wasn’t credited to my account.
Because of this issue, I couldn’t place my “Galatasaray First Half Over 1.5 Goals” bet, which caused me financial loss and frustration. I sent the payment receipt to customer service, but I haven’t received any response. Although this delay happens occasionally, my previous deposits were usually completed right away.
