Tempobet Ignored My Deposit — Requesting Urgent Refund or Credit

On October 21, 2025, at 9:21 PM, I transferred about $28 from my personal Ziraat Bank account to my Tempobet account (username: Lades01) using the bank transfer method via the Tempobet website. However, even after a long time, the funds never appeared in my account. I didn’t receive any error messages or warnings during the transaction.
I contacted live support, and they asked me to send the receipt, which I did immediately. Despite this, the money has still not been credited, and the support team keeps telling me to wait without providing any clear time frame or solution. This is actually the third time I’ve experienced this issue, and I’m extremely frustrated.
I request that the amount I deposited be credited to my Tempobet account immediately, or that my money be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
