On Saturday, September 13, 2025, around 11:00 PM, I requested a withdrawal of about $5,700 from my Tempobet account using the Akbank transfer method. However, only $2,850 was successfully credited to my bank account — the remaining $2,850 never arrived.
I immediately contacted Tempobet’s live support, and they asked for my bank statement, which I sent right away. The next day, I received a response saying “payment has been completed”, yet no money was actually transferred to my account. When I reached out again, they told me the issue was “under review” and that it would be resolved within 1–3 business days, but that time has already passed and nothing has been fixed.
This missing payment has caused a serious financial problem for me, as I can’t cover some of my debts because of the unprocessed $2,850. I demand that the remaining amount be deposited into my account immediately and that a payment confirmation receipt be sent to me as proof.
