Holiganbet Locked My Account After $4,700 Deposit

On 12/08/2025 at around 01:52, I deposited $4,700 via bank transfer into my Holiganbet account. I sent the money from my own Ziraat Bank account to a Ziraat account under the name Kenan Türk, exactly as instructed. Even though the transfer was successfully completed, the funds still have not been credited to my Holiganbet account, and my account is currently blocked. The IBAN I transferred the money to is TR25 0001 0090 1103 7920 4050 01.

For the past two days, I have been contacting Holiganbet’s live support team about this issue, but instead of giving me a clear solution, they have been stalling me, and nothing has been resolved. This situation is causing me serious stress and a major loss of trust.

I request that the $4,700 I transferred be immediately added to my Holiganbet balance without any further delay and that my account be unblocked so I can access my funds. I expect this issue to be urgently investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
