Transferred $540 to Tempobet, Funds Still Pending With No Update

On September 27, 2025, at 9:34 PM, I transferred about $540 from my Yapı Kredi Bank account to my Tempobet account (username: Umut78078) via bank transfer. It was my first-ever deposit, and I carefully entered all the correct details — I even have the transaction receipt. However, the funds never appeared in my Tempobet account.
I contacted Tempobet customer service about the issue, but the finance team kept stalling, only replying with “your transaction is under review” without providing any explanation or timeline. I haven’t received any written update or email confirmation either. The entire amount is still pending, and no deductions have been made from my balance.
I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and that the $540 I deposited be credited to my Tempobet account or fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
