Trip.com Has Not Forwarded My Deceased Wife’s Approved Flight Refund

A flight ticket for an IndiGo Airlines flight scheduled for August 5, 2025, was purchased through Trip.com under the name of my wife, U*** A*******. Sadly, my wife passed away in August of last year. Following her passing, we submitted a refund request based on the airline's bereavement policy.
IndiGo Airlines approved the refund request and informed us that the refund amount of approximately $251 had already been transferred to Trip.com as the booking agency. We were specifically advised by the airline that any further action regarding the payment would need to be handled directly through Trip.com.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Trip.com, I have been unable to reach a representative capable of addressing the issue. Instead, I continuously receive automated emails containing generic responses that do not explain the status of the refund or provide any meaningful assistance. Three days ago, I sent a detailed email directly to Trip.com's support address, but rather than receiving help, I was once again directed back to the application's automated chatbot system. At this point, I have not been able to communicate with a single person who can review my case.
The airline has already confirmed that the refund was sent to Trip.com, yet the funds have still not been transferred to us. This ongoing delay has created additional financial and emotional hardship for our family during an already difficult period following my wife's passing.
My Trip.com reservation number is 1638314761220552, and the PNR code is SBZRVK.
I respectfully request that the bereavement refund of approximately $251, which was originally paid by my wife and has already been released by IndiGo Airlines, be transferred to my account without further delay. I also request direct communication from an authorized Trip.com representative in either Turkish or English so that this matter can be resolved properly.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
