Mytrip Issued Two Tickets Under One PNR and Refused My Refund

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding reservation number 1137-999-516 booked through Mytrip for round-trip flights operated by Swiss and Australian Airlines.
Not only was I unable to obtain a refund for my flight scheduled for 10:00 a.m. today, but I was also instructed to purchase an additional ticket under the same reservation. As a result, two separate tickets were issued while using the same PNR code. I believe this situation has unnecessarily complicated the cancellation and refund process and has caused significant confusion regarding my booking.
Furthermore, Mytrip has refused to cancel my return flight scheduled for the 23rd. When I attempted to contact customer support regarding a refund, I expected to receive the correct contact information for the airlines involved. Instead, I was provided with phone numbers that had no connection to the airlines. One of the numbers belonged to a women's sports complex, while another belonged to an unrelated company. Neither number was associated with Swiss, Australian Airlines, or any airline customer service department. This misinformation made it impossible for me to receive proper assistance.
In addition, Mytrip's support channels do not offer a Turkish-language option, making communication even more difficult. When I eventually reached customer service after a lengthy wait, I was informed that a refund could not be processed because only one order number existed in the system, despite the fact that two tickets had been issued under the same reservation.
I believe the sale of two tickets under the same booking and the use of the same PNR code have created an unfair situation that has directly affected my ability to manage, cancel, or refund my flights. Combined with the incorrect contact information provided by customer service, this has caused significant inconvenience, confusion, and financial concern.
I request the immediate review of reservation number 1137-999-516 and the full refund of all payments associated with this booking as soon as possible. I also request a written explanation regarding why two tickets were issued under the same reservation and why incorrect, unrelated phone numbers were provided instead of the actual airline contact information.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
