On September 12, 2025, between 4:30 PM and 6:40 PM, I made a bank transfer of about $285 via Ziraat Bank to the account holder named “Ş** Ç****”**. However, even after several hours, the amount has not been credited to my Tempobet account.
During the transaction, I did not include any reference number or note, which might have caused a delay — but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such an issue. I have not yet contacted Tempobet’s customer service, but I plan to do so if this delay continues.
My Tempobet username is ardaserhat. I kindly request that the amount I transferred be credited to my account as soon as possible, or that it be refunded back to my bank account without further delay.
