Teka TB 770 Cooktop Keeps Failing Despite Repairs

I have been facing a serious issue with my Teka TB 770 model cooktop since July, and it has been nothing but a source of frustration and disappointmen...
I purchased a Teka electric cooktop on November 1, 2024, and shortly afterward, one of the burners stopped heating. When I called for service, I was told that the heating element (resistance) was defective and that the replacement part could not be supplied. However, since the issue seemed to resolve on its own, I decided not to pursue it further at that time.
Over the past few months, the same issue has reoccurred — one burner no longer works, while another keeps heating continuously, posing a safety risk. When I contacted the service center again, this time they said the control board was faulty, but once again claimed the part was unavailable. Throughout this process, I have paid a total of $31 in service fees.
When I spoke with the company, I was told that to resolve my problem, I could choose a new product from the catalog and receive a 50% discount. However, while the same model is listed as $426 on teka.com.tr, it was shown to me in their catalog at about $972. I found this offer unfair and instead requested repair of my current product. I was then informed that the part would be imported from abroad, which could take up to 12 weeks.
When I reminded them that a product must be repaired within 20 business days under warranty regulations, I was told that the repair could instead be done for $284. I find it unacceptable that a part that was previously said to be unavailable suddenly became “available” at such a high repair cost, especially when the product itself costs less than that amount.
I have also contacted Teka Customer Service, but no solution or satisfactory response has been provided. I live in Keçiören, Ankara, and I request that my product be replaced or that a reasonable and fair resolution be offered after reviewing this case.

I have Teka appliances that are already installed. The cooktop, hood, and oven are all broken. In January, something went wrong, so I reached out to the only service available in my city. The repair person came and told me that there was a problem with the control panel of the hood and oven because ...

About a year and a half ago, I purchased a Teka induction cooktop. The cooktop stopped working, and then smoke started coming out of it, and it broke. Because it was still covered by warranty, I called for service right away. When the service people came, they told me that they would probably replac...
