Teka TB 770 Cooktop Keeps Failing Despite Repairs

I have been facing a serious issue with my Teka TB 770 model cooktop since July, and it has been nothing but a source of frustration and disappointment.
Initially, the left burner stopped working, so I contacted the authorized service center. The technicians informed me that the control board needed to be replaced, and after about three months, the part finally arrived. However, once the new board was installed, none of the burners worked at all. When the service team returned, they said the board was fine, but this time the heating element (resistance) had burned out, which they replaced. Unfortunately, the problem still was not resolved.
During this process, I requested a product replacement, but my request was rejected. I have now been unable to use my cooktop for four months, and my grievance continues. Despite the product being under warranty and purchased from the official Teka store in Siteler, no solution has been provided. I also contacted Teka Customer Service, but I did not receive any meaningful response.
I am requesting that my product be immediately replaced with a new one, as the ongoing issue and lack of support are unacceptable.
