TEKA Induction Cooktop Burned and Was Not Repaired Under Warranty

About a year and a half ago, I purchased a Teka induction cooktop. The cooktop stopped working, and then smoke started coming out of it, and it broke. Because it was still covered by warranty, I called for service right away. When the service people came, they told me that they would probably replace your cooktop and took it away. They didn't give me a cooktop for 20 days, and they didn't even give me a temporary replacement. They called me after 20 days and told me that the power input board of your cooktop had burned out. Unfortunately, it wasn't covered by the warranty. They said that getting a new board would be as expensive as what I originally paid for this cooktop only a year and a half ago. I had to pay, there was no other option. I spent the same amount as a brand-new cooktop to repair a product that had a guarantee.

The service said that the reason the board burned out was because of the voltage in the network. I asked why my cooktop specifically burned out and didn't get a response. They told me to get in touch with the power company. I checked, and the voltage report for that day didn't show any changes. There weren't any power outages or restarts either. They said that it wasn't their fault that the incident happened.

The point of this story is that Teka, the company we trust when buying expensive items, only provides support for their products until we make the purchase. When a problem comes up, you won't have any information about the product for a whole 20 days. After that, they won't fix or replace the product that was supposed to be guaranteed, and they're blaming the power company.

"The broken pieces almost cut my hands while cleaning the stove, and every time I wiped it, tiny pieces stuck to the cloth. I realized at the last moment that the glass would get into my hand while squeezing the cloth, so I stopped! The crack is getting bigger when I put a pot on it. One day, the stove will explode in front of my eyes, and large and small pieces of glass, like powder, will come out! You can't stand behind your product, and if I experience any health issues, cuts, injuries, etc., because of this stove, Teka will be solely responsible. I managed to avoid it today. But I won't clean my stove with this fear every time; I either want it resolved as soon as possible, or I will proceed by applying to the necessary places and reflecting the process to the public through my followers. Look at the problem caused by a one-year-old stove. And you insist on saying that we did it, trying to shirk your responsibility. My trust in the company is about to end, and I almost wanted to buy a hood, etc., from you. Until this incident happened to me. Why would I damage a device I use with love? I urgently expect a solution from the authorities."
