Faulty TEKA Dishwasher, Replacement Needed

We bought a Teka dishwasher with the number DFI46700 on August 21. A technical team came to install something on September 27. When the device was taken out of the box to be installed, the technical service found out that the top panel was broken. They made a report about it. We reached out to customer support several times after the given date to speed up the replacement process. We were told on September 27 that they didn't approve replacing the whole device, but they did offer to replace the parts. We said no to this option because we wanted to get a brand new device. Teka sent us a broken device, and now they're taking forever to resolve the issue as if it's our fault. Nothing happened at that time. Even though I had surgery to remove my hernia, being a mom to two kids and struggling with dishwashing because of it, they're still saying they're thinking about my request for an exchange. We're just waiting to hear back from Teka. Honestly, we're already fed up with this situation.
