I bought a Teka dishwasher, it's the Dh 46700 model. They installed it and gave us a working unit. But, right from the start, it couldn't clean my dishes properly. No matter how much I tried using the best detergents, salt, and rinse aid, my dishes always ended up dirty and covered in rust. I called the service again, but they told me they couldn't help and advised me to submit a replacement request. They called me today and told me that they denied my request for a replacement. They said the rust in my dishwasher was because of the chemicals I used. But I didn't use any strong chemicals. The problem was that the machine couldn't clean the dishes well. I'm not happy with the Teka brand. I picked it because it's a trustworthy brand, and I really hope they can fix my problem.
Since the day I bought it, the machine always leaves the inside wet, and the dishes come out with spots.
