Teka TB 770 Cooktop Keeps Failing Despite Repairs

I bought a Teka microwave. But, eventually, the touch panel on the product stopped working. Just like anyone else, I called customer support to report the problem. The person who fixed the microwave said that the electronic board was broken and needed to be replaced. They said they're gonna ask the central office for the new board. They finally brought the board and put it in the device after around a month.
But, when the same problem happened again, I made a new service request, and they told me that the board was still not working properly, so they would ask for a replacement. But, even though it's been four months, I still haven't received a new board or a solution to my problem. During this time, the service told me that they asked for a new device from their main office because they didn't have a new board, and there was nothing they could do about it.
In the end, even though I've reached out to customer support multiple times and was assured that the issue would be fixed by the end of the week, it's now the fourth week and the problem still persists. In the end, we haven't fixed the product issue for nearly five months. To be honest, we feel like we just wasted our money.
