Tefal Airfryer Not Working Properly; Return Not Accepted
Hello, My name is Fatma Ç*******. On December 24, 2024, I bought a Tefal Airfryer from the Gordion store of Vatan Bilgisayar. After some time, I attempted to cook fish with it in the comfort of my own home, and the outcome was absolutely disastrous. The odor was so overpowering that I couldn't even bring myself to eat. I opened the windows and doors, yet my stomach churned. I reached out to customer service to let them know that I was not interested in keeping the product and that I wanted to return it. I was informed that they would send it to the service for approval, and if approved, I could receive a refund. I was told where to find the closest service in Etlik. On 06.01.2024, I brought the item to the service center. The service representative clarified that a refund had been requested and emphasized that their responsibility was limited to the store, not me. He reminded me that Consumer Rights entitled me to a refund and guided me back to the store. The following day, I went to the store and they told me to go to the Söğütözü branch because they couldn't handle refunds at that location. I brought the product to the Söğütözü store, where they informed me that they would send it for servicing. If it meets the necessary requirements, I may be eligible for a refund. On January 13, 2024, I received a notification informing me that my product was ready for pickup at the service center. I'm being denied a refund because they claim that purchases made in-store cannot be returned, unlike online shopping. I have lost interest in both the product and the brand. I am extremely disappointed with Tefal and Vatan Bilgisayar for failing to provide adequate support for the product I purchased. I would like to bring something to your attention and humbly ask for your help.

Tefal is a brand that is incapable of standing behind the products it sells. I've contacted them several times, but there is no result, no solution. I will seek my rights through legal means.
