Tefal Vacuum Lost Suction and Was Not Repaired Under Warranty
We bought a Tefal upright vacuum cleaner from the Vatan Bilgisayar Vialand store. About a year later, the vacuum started to lose suction power and began releasing the debris it had collected. Since the product was still under warranty, we brought it to the store to have it sent to the service center. However, the service team claimed that the issue was not covered under warranty and demanded a service fee of ₺1500. We refused to pay and asked for the product to be returned. I am not satisfied with either Vatan Bilgisayar or the Tefal brand. Charging a fee for a repair on a product that is still under warranty is absurd and unfair. I will not purchase anything from Vatan Bilgisayar again and will advise those around me to do the same. Likewise, I will no longer choose or recommend Tefal products.
