After approximately two hours, I called customer support to cancel the refund, but they stated they couldn't and requested me not to receive the items that would arrive by cargo. The item was mailed, however it was never received and was returned on April 18, 2023. (Yurtiçi freight tracking number 190723527510) I've been attempting to obtain my refund since April 18, and if they have a return process that doesn't function... Think twice, or even five times, before purchasing a goods from Tefal com tr. I feel ashamed of my own money. There is still no refund available. I want my money back as soon as possible.
