TEB Account Weekend Interest Was Not Applied After Türkiye Finans Transfer

On November 1, 2024, at 16:45, I transferred ₺629,100.00 from my Türkiye Finans mobile account to my TEB account, and Türkiye Finans confirmed the transfer with a message. The amount reached my TEB account at 17:10, and since it was posted after 17:00, it appears that no daily weekend interest will be applied. I request that the weekend interest amount be credited to my account to resolve this issue. If there is a legal time frame involved, it was not communicated to me, nor was I notified in writing, and there is no document with my signature or any evidence that you provided such notice.
