Transfer from VakıfBank to Wise Pending for 9 Days

On April 15, 2024, I moved 650 pounds from my VakıfBank account to my Wise account. Unfortunately, even though it's already 24.04.2024, the money has not yet been credited to my Wise account. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the funds were successfully transferred to the IBAN provided by the Wise app, and the recipient's name is accurately stated. Well, it seems like there are no problems with the receiving account. I kindly request Wise's assistance with this matter.
