Garanti BBVA ATM Failed to Deposit the Money Into My Account Despite Confirmation
On August 21, 2024, at 21:12, I deposited ₺3,000 into my Garanti Bank card at the Garanti Bank ATM located at Tekirdağ Çorlu. After the bank’s deduction, the amount was reduced to ₺2,964. However, this amount was not reflected in my Garanti debit card account, and it doesn't appear in my account history. Despite not receiving a receipt or a fee deduction, and seeing a message on the screen confirming the transaction, no funds were transferred to my account. I have already contacted customer service and filed a complaint, but I received a message stating that the investigation had a negative outcome. I kindly request that you review the ATM camera footage, as the money was not stuck, nor was it taken by the ATM and transferred to my account. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
