On November 9, 2024, at 1:09 AM, I made a payment of ₺10414.55 on Tango Live, expecting to receive my tokens promptly. However, despite the successful payment, the tokens have not been credited to my account. I reached out to Google Pay for clarification, and they confirmed that the payment was approved on their end, so the issue clearly lies with Tango Live.
This unresolved problem is frustrating, especially after such a significant transaction. I urgently request that Tango Live address this issue and credit my tokens immediately. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to pursue formal complaints through official channels.
