Unauthorized Charges on My TEB Credit Card

On July 3, 2024, a significant amount was charged to my Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası (TEB) credit card by an international airline without my knowledge, permission, or authorization. Within the first 10 minutes of the incident, I notified the bank, and within the first 30 minutes, I informed the airline and disputed the charge.

The airline acknowledged the error and agreed to process a refund. However, TEB has not completed the transaction. Despite providing all necessary documents, including the airline’s acknowledgment, the bank has not provided any clear information or resolution. I have exercised my legal rights and filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office.

There is still no response or information. You are doing nothing but stalling and using the money. As someone who has been using banking services for about 22 years, I can easily say that you are the worst bank I have ever worked with.
