New Tchibo Easy Capsule Coffee Machine Flashing Red Light – Not Brewing Coffee

I recently bought a Tchibo Easy Capsule Coffee Machine from Hepsiburada, and after using it three or four times, the red light started flashing today and it stopped making coffee. I’ve tried turning it off and on, cleaning the inside, and adding more water, but the problem persists. Can anyone help me figure out what to do next? I would really appreciate any advice on how to fix this issue. Thank you!
