Sweetmax Unauthorized 8.709 OMR Card Charge and Refund Request

I am using the Sweetmax mobile application and on 4 October an amount of 8.709 OMR was deducted from my Bank Muscat card without my permission. I did not make or approve any purchase or transaction in the app corresponding to this amount, and I only became aware of it from the bank notification message that clearly shows a transaction in the name of Sweetmax on that date. I have not yet been able to get any explanation or refund from Sweetmax or the bank, and I consider this transaction to be completely unauthorized. I request that this amount be urgently refunded to my account, that a clear written explanation be provided about how this deduction was made without my consent, and that any possible recurring or future charges through Sweetmax on my card be cancelled and blocked.
