I Was Charged by Sweetmax Drama Without Authorization

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge made by Sweetmax Drama to my Maribank account in the Philippines. Earlier today at around 1:15 pm, an amount of 960.26 was taken from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. This charge is not related to any subscription renewal or in‑app purchase that I knowingly approved. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I filed a dispute with Maribank and received a confirmation for my dispute, supported by a screenshot of the transaction. However, I still want this issue to be fully investigated and the unauthorized charge cancelled and refunded to my account as soon as possible. I request that Sweetmax and my bank review this unauthorized transaction, block any similar future charges from Sweetmax Drama, and return the full amount of 960.26 to my Maribank account.
