Refund Request After Unauthorized 779 Dirham Tracelo App Charge
About one week ago, I used your app only once to locate my mobile phone and I was charged 2 dirhams for this service. However, after that, a total of 779 dirhams was deducted from my account without any information, approval, or agreement from my side.
I never agreed to any subscription or additional paid service beyond the initial 2 dirham charge for locating my phone. It is unacceptable that such a large amount was charged without clear notification, consent, or any visible contract.
I request an immediate and full refund of the 779 dirhams that were taken from my account, and I also ask that any related service or subscription be cancelled immediately to ensure that no further charges occur in the future.
Additionally, I expect a clear written explanation of how and why this charge was processed without my explicit approval.
