Tracelo Charged ₺949 Without My Consent—I Demand a Refund

I have never used the Tracelo app, yet ₺949 was deducted from my account without my permission. How is this even possible? I had never heard of this app before, and suddenly, I see a large unauthorized charge on my card.

I demand an immediate refund! No company should be able to withdraw money from my account without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, and I need a clear explanation for how this happened.

Tracelo, refund my money now! If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will escalate this matter and take further action. ₺949 is not a small amount, and I expect a resolution immediately!
