Normally, I am a fan of Swatch watches. I have been using them since I was 14 years old. Currently, I have four Swatch watches at home. Until today, I never thought I would write a complaint about Swatch. The problem is that the second dial came loose and is now moving freely inside the watch. I always took good care of it, and there was no impact or misuse. The company says they cannot fix it because there are no spare parts available. On top of that, they refuse to acknowledge it as a manufacturing defect. This watch cannot be opened and repaired, which means every component should be made to last. Sadly, this experience has made me question the quality I once trusted.
