Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro Screen Loose After 3 Years – No Support from Service

I have been using my Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro for three years, and although my warranty has expired, I expect better durability from a premium smartwatch. The screen has become loose despite the fact that the glass is advertised as shatterproof and impact-resistant. I can confirm that my watch has never been dropped or subjected to any impact, yet the issue persists.
I sent my device to Huawei service, but they refused to repair it, claiming it is out of warranty. This is unacceptable for a high-end smartwatch that should not have such defects without user-related damage. I am extremely disappointed and feel let down by the brand. I demand a proper resolution—either a repair or a replacement—as this is clearly a manufacturing defect and not a user error.
