Swarovski Watch Mechanism Failure – Requesting Free Repair
I purchased a Swarovski watch in 2022 and wore it only on special occasions, maybe ten times in total. Recently, it stopped working, so I assumed the battery had died and took it to the store. However, after sending it in for repairs, I was informed that it’s a mechanism issue, not the battery. Despite repeatedly asking, I was assured that this problem is not due to usage but rather a fault in the mechanism.
Swarovski is requesting ₺3000 for repairs since the warranty has expired. However, given that the issue is related to a faulty mechanism, I believe a global brand like Swarovski should cover this as it seems to be a product defect. I am requesting a free repair or a replacement, as the watch should not fail after such limited use. Please address this issue to restore confidence in the brand's quality standards.
