Swatch Charged Unexpected Battery Fee Despite Years of Loyalty

During my recent visit to the Swatch store at Ankara Armada, a place I've been a loyal customer of for years, I was quite surprised to discover that the cost of replacing the battery in my watch was ₺75. Requesting payment for a battery at a corporate store like Swatch seems quite unreasonable. Considering the scarcity of stores in our capital city, access to service is already quite limited. Charging customers for a simple task like replacing a battery is completely unreasonable. I plan to bring this complaint to the attention of Swatch's international management and ask for a prompt resolution to this issue.
