I am unable to find original straps for my Swatch watches, not just in Turkey but on any international website. The watches themselves are still being sold, yet finding replacement straps feels impossible. It’s as if the straps are treated like relics from centuries ago. I even contacted Swatch directly via email, but their response was negative.
Store representatives are equally unhelpful, always saying they don’t have stock. Producing these straps shouldn’t be so difficult, especially when so many customers share the same frustration. Swatch’s unique straps are what make their watches special, and using mismatched replacements ruins their appeal.
I’m writing this complaint in the hope that Swatch addresses this issue, though I have little confidence it will happen. I now discourage everyone I know from purchasing Swatch watches because of this disappointing experience.
