My Swatch Aye Carumba Watch Order Does Not Appear Despite Successful Payment

On Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 13:55:39, I purchased Swatch Simpsons series "Aye Carumba" watch (product code SB01Z105) from your corporate website for ₺5,460 using my credit card. However, the order does not appear on the "My Orders" page. I tried logging out and logging back into my account to refresh the page, but the order still does not show up. When I checked with my bank, the payment was confirmed as successfully processed. I even cleared my browser cache and used a different device, yet there was no change. This situation is causing concern as I am unsure whether the order has been successfully placed. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring the order is processed and shipped.
