Shein Showing Order Delivered, Yet No Package or Response from Support

On September 16, 2025, I purchased one dress and two pairs of earrings from SHEIN under the order number GSO13528700MBY8. I paid a total of ₺1,639 using my bank debit card, and the payment was successfully confirmed. However, although the app shows my order as “delivered,” I never received the products and have no information about where they are.
The order appears to have been shipped through Marmara Transfer, but when I contacted the company, they said no such order exists in their system. I also tried to reach out to SHEIN customer service through the app, but received no response, and my issue remains unresolved.
Since I have not received my items, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear explanation of my order’s status.

No response has been given regarding my complaint, please resolve my grievance.
