I placed an order for a watch on the Swatch website (Order #12383438), but the purchase isn’t appearing in my orders section. I’ve tried calling customer service, but after 30-35 minutes of waiting, I still can’t get through. I haven’t received any email confirmation or updates regarding my purchase either. It’s frustrating that such a well-known brand offers such poor service. I’m requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue and get the confirmation for my order.
