I bought my watch just a month ago and took it to the Özdilek Park Swatch Group service center, stating that there was an issue. The phosphorescent feature, which allows you to see the hands of the watch in the dark, isn't working. Even if it activates, it fades within 1-2 minutes. They told me they couldn't find any issues after testing it and even provided a document stating the phosphorescent feature was set to factory standards.

Despite looking me in the eye and insisting the watch is normal, it clearly doesn't work as it should. I showed them the problem, but they kept saying it was tested and working fine. It's frustrating and disappointing. I have another watch of the same model, so I know how it's supposed to function. I didn't ask for a refund; I just wanted an exchange, but they refused. It's astonishing that they would even imply I'm seeing it wrong.

I will never buy a Swatch again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
