I ordered a pair of pants from Süvari Ready-to-Wear’s online store and selected my size based on the reviews and the size recommendation section on the website. However, after the products arrived, I realized that the reviews and size guidance were completely inaccurate.
When I took the pants that didn’t fit to a physical store for an exchange, I was told that online purchases cannot be exchanged in-store. It didn’t make sense, but I accepted it for the moment.
I then called their customer service center to ask what could be done, and I was told that size exchanges are not allowed at all. How is that reasonable? I purchased the product, but because the size doesn’t fit, I am not allowed to exchange it.
