Columbia Refused In-Store Exchange – Forced to Return & Reorder
I purchased a product from Columbia’s online store, but I needed to exchange it for a different size. Even though there is a Columbia store in Kayseri, they refused to let me exchange it there. Instead, they told me I had to ship the item back, wait for a refund, and place a new order.
This is completely illogical and inconvenient. Instead of offering a simple size exchange, they made the process unnecessarily complicated. I ended up returning the item, but I will never repurchase it—or anything else from Columbia.
Columbia, if you care about customer satisfaction, you need to streamline your exchange process instead of frustrating customers and pushing them away!
