Rowenta Hair Straightener Turns Off Immediately After Powering On

I purchased a Rowenta Express Shine Argan Oil Infuser 2-in-1 hair straightener through Trendyol on September 25, 2025. For about the past two weeks, the device has been turning itself off immediately after I switch it on. I experience the same problem every time I try to use it, and I can no longer use the device.

Although my product is still under warranty, I have repeatedly called the support number listed on the warranty document, but I am left waiting on hold for several minutes without anyone answering. As a result, I have been unable to reach an authorized service center or receive any support.

As a customer living in Izmir, I request that my product be repaired under warranty by an authorized service center and that I receive clear and accessible information throughout the process. I will also attach a video showing the problem to my complaint.
