I Did Not Receive 2 of My 4 Packages Sent by Surat Kargo

Sürat Kargo lost my package, and after a lot of effort, I completed all the procedures for a refund. They said they would pay me back, but it's been three months and I still haven’t received the payment, nor have I received any response. Now I can’t even reach them. My shipment, with tracking number 83144211104278, consisted of 4 packages. It was sent from Ankara to my address in December 2024, but only 2 packages arrived. The Velimeşe branch said the rest were lost during transfer and told me to contact the sending branch. I was only able to speak to them once, and after that, they never answered their phone again. They claimed a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. My packages are still missing, and no one is taking responsibility. I’ve never seen a company this careless, disorganized, and unreachable—and even if you do reach them, they clearly don’t care. Don’t send so much as a needle with this company; if it gets lost, you’re on your own.
