SuperStep Took My Money for Custom Converse but Never Delivered the Shoes

We went to the SuperStep store on Sunday, June 1st, around 7:00 PM. We wanted to buy two pairs of shoes for our child and have one of them customized. We purchased one pair of New Balance and one pair of Converse. At the checkout, we had to wait about 25 minutes while the sales associate struggled with a register issue and the manager came and went. Eventually, we were sent upstairs, but even there, we were kept waiting for another 15 minutes. Then we were told that the designer had already left at 6:00 PM. When we asked why we had been made to wait so long and why no one informed us earlier, one of the employees told us to write down our design and phone number, saying they would pass it on to the designer. We left our number and the design. Today is Wednesday, June 4th, and I need to pick up the shoes I bought as a holiday gift for my son either today or tomorrow. However, I have no way of going to the store, and they are not answering the phone. No one has contacted me, and I cannot access the product I paid for. The product is still at the store, and I have never seen such an unprofessional and careless team in my life.
