New Balance 9060 Sole And Fabric Defect Complaint Rejected By SuperStep Store

I took my New Balance 9060 shoes to SuperStep store on 23.11.2025 to submit them for inspection due to the sole separating and the fabric inside tearing. However, the store refused to accept the product for inspection, claiming that the place I purchased it from was a dealer while they were a franchise store, and therefore they could not send it in. Despite this, when I contacted customer service, I was told that the store should be able to accept and send the product for inspection. Even after sharing this information with them, SuperStep store still refused to take the shoes in. This contradictory behavior and refusal to process my request left me unable to proceed and caused inconvenience. Today, I submitted the same shoes to the Cevahir Mall SuperStep store and created a request for inspection without any issues. Since Cevahir Mall accepted the product smoothly, I am filing a complaint against the Forum Istanbul Mall SuperStep store for refusing to take the product and making the process unnecessarily difficult. Due to these issues, which I believe are manufacturing defects, I request that my shoes be inspected and replaced if deemed appropriate.
