SuperStep Refuses Refund After Exchange Without Prior Notification
I went to a SuperStep store to exchange products purchased by my spouse, well within the return and exchange period. During the exchange, no one informed me that I would lose my right to a refund after the exchange. The store staff failed to provide any information about this critical policy, and now they’re holding me responsible for their negligence.
When I tried to return two items (still boxed and with tags) within a week, I was told that I could no longer receive a refund due to the prior exchange. Instead, they offered a store credit, which I don’t want, as there are no other suitable products for me to purchase. SuperStep, you cannot withhold my money. I want to return the items and receive my refund immediately. Please resolve this issue promptly!
