SuperStep App Discount Code APP15 Not Working Despite Eligible Product

I tried to place my first order through the SuperStep mobile app and intended to use the APP15 discount code as advertised. However, when I entered the code, I received an error message stating, "This code does not meet the campaign conditions."

The issue is that the product I selected is listed as part of the promotion, so there is no reason why the code should not work. I double-checked the terms, and my purchase should qualify for the discount.

I expect SuperStep to fix this issue immediately and allow me to use the discount as promised. If promotions do not work as advertised, it misleads customers. Please resolve this problem so I can complete my purchase!
