Placed Order on Oct 19, Still No Delivery from SuperStep

I placed an order through SuperStep Online on October 19, 2025, but as of November 3, 2025, my order has still not been delivered. I have tried contacting SuperStep through their customer service numbers, but I have been unable to reach anyone.

I also sent an email and filed a complaint, but I have not received any response so far. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I find the lack of communication and service unacceptable.

If my order is not delivered or resolved promptly, I intend to exercise all my legal consumer rights.
