SuperStep Canceled My Shoe Order Without Consent After I Met Campaign Conditions
On November 17, 2024, at 21:35, I placed an order for shoes through the SuperStep website, adding extra products to meet specific campaign conditions. On November 23, 2024, at 14:52, I received a call from SuperStep asking if I wanted to cancel the order or wait because of a delay. I clearly stated that I did not want to cancel it, as I was happy to purchase the product through the campaign, and I agreed to wait. However, on November 25, 2024, at 10:27, I received a cancellation message without my consent, and my order was canceled. Despite shipping the ancillary products I did not need but purchased to meet the campaign basket requirement, the company unilaterally canceled the shoe order I needed and could buy below market price, completely ignoring my earlier decision. My experience with this company, which I shopped with for the first time, has led me to conclude that it is far from reliable.
