Despite a Consumer Arbitration Committee ruling in my favor, Superstep continues to delay the payment. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to process my refund. I trusted the brand, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. Superstep must prioritize resolving such cases promptly and honor their commitments to customers.
