Superstep Delays My Refund for Returned Shoes Despite 2-Month Wait

I returned a pair of shoes purchased from Superstep’s website and was informed that a manual refund would be processed to my account. However, nearly two months have passed, and the refund still hasn’t been issued.

I’ve contacted customer service daily, yet they fail to resolve the issue or provide any meaningful updates. Despite a Consumer Arbitration Committee ruling in my favor, Superstep continues to delay the payment. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to process my refund. I trusted the brand, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. Superstep must prioritize resolving such cases promptly and honor their commitments to customers.
