SuperStep Canceled My Discounted Shoe Order Without My Consent

On November 17, 2024, at 9:35 PM, I placed an order for a pair of shoes on the SuperStep website, adding additional items to meet the campaign requirements. On November 23, 2024, at 2:52 PM, I received a call from SuperStep informing me that my order would be delayed. They asked if I wanted to cancel or wait. I explicitly stated I was willing to wait since I purchased the shoes at a discounted price during the campaign.

Despite my clear response, I received a cancellation message on November 25, 2024, at 10:27 AM, without my consent. The unnecessary additional items were shipped, but the shoes I needed and purchased at a lower price were unilaterally canceled.

Under Consumer Law 6/1, selling out-of-stock products is not allowed. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. My first experience with SuperStep has left me with the impression that the company is not trustworthy. I urge them to address this issue promptly and fairly.
